Our CommitmentMATTHEW WALKER COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER is a front runner in community based programs that improve the lives of our patients through programs like the Community Networks Program (CNP), Managing Your Diabetes (MYD), the SILVER program or the Pearl Cohn Magnet High School, school-based clinic. MATTHEW WALKER COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CENTER is able to provide many of these services and programs through various relationships with other organizations and funding agencies including United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, Baptist Healing Trust, The Office of Criminal Justice and local, state and federal funding.
Over the years we have partnered with Meharry Medical College, Tennessee State University, Vanderbilt University and Belmont College to provide learning opportunities for various clinical and administrative students. Some of our other community partners from 2007-2008 have included:
